Arepexpress Global Return & Refund Policy

At Arepexpress, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We want every purchase — whether it’s a container home, furniture, or any e-commerce product — to meet your expectations.

If something isn’t right, we’ve made the return and refund process simple and transparent, no matter where you are in the world.

? 1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The item was not as described on the product page.

You contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

The product is in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging and tags intact.

⚠️ Note:

Custom-built items like container homes or personalized structures are non-returnable once production or installation has begun, except in cases of factory defect or delivery damage.

? 2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed when:

The returned product has been inspected and approved.

You provide a valid proof of purchase or order number.

The return request complies with our return policy timeline (7–14 days).

Once approved, refunds are issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

? 3. Global Return Shipping

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Arepexpress will cover the cost of return shipping if the error was on our side (wrong item, damaged goods, etc.).

All returns must be sent to the address provided by our global support team after confirming your case.

?️ 4. Container Home Projects

For container homes or large-scale custom builds:

Partial refunds may apply for cancellations made before production begins.

Once the structure has entered production or shipping, refunds may not be possible.

Any defect or quality issue during installation will be repaired or replaced under our Quality Assurance Program.

? 5. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for eligible products of equal or lesser value.

If you prefer an upgraded product, you’ll only need to cover the price difference and shipping fees.

? 6. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, photos of the product, and a short explanation.

Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the return process.

? 7. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom container home designs already in production.

Digital products or downloadable items.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
